There's one person here that you've seen before.
In red, of course.

In green is Cothamis. She's the leader of Planet Zho-van.

Next update on Tuesday. :-D

If you don't ind me mentioning, Cothamis' left arm looks a little... off in panel 2...

Yeah, it's kinda out there, huh?

I don't mind you mentioning at all. Thanks Sig.

I already have it "fixed", it's not perfect, but better.
Yay computers! :-D

It looks a LOT better now. On a different note, your avatar is no longer a zombie why? And I will give you 3 chances to guess MY avatar...

I'm sure the zombie will come back, eventually. They always do.
Lirvilas drew the picture that I'm currently using as an avatar.

OK, first 2 guesses on YOUR avatar. It's kinda hard to see.
It looks similar to a Romulan Warbird.
Or maybe a Klingon Bird-of-Prey.

Then again, maybe you're not a Trekki.

If I'm wrong, give me a hint! :-)
sigpig 12th Sep 2015, 11:44 PM edit delete reply
I lost my Star Trek interest during the DS9/Voyager era. It is neither a Bird of Prey, nor a Warbird. It is from a completely different Science-Fiction universe. Careful - you have only one guess left... (Hint - I should have given you "5" guesses)...

Well, most of my Star Trek interest is in the original series.
Without Kirk and Spock it's just not quite Star Trek.
Though I did watch every freakin' episode of TNG.

OK, I think I'm gonna need more time, and 5 guesses! ;-)
Oh, and another hint. Is this video game or movie related?
sigpig 13th Sep 2015, 9:16 PM edit delete reply
You got it wrong - the hint was the NUMBER "5". Not a video game. A television series.

Ugggggh, I missed that hint! :-o
Ok, so, the Whitestar from Babylon 5!
I'm assuming that this show is something I need to get watching right away?
I've never seen any of them. :-(
sigpig 14th Sep 2015, 12:30 PM edit delete reply
YES!!! And yes, you should indeed start watching it. Don't be put off by the apparently cheesy CGI, it was done on Comadore Amigas, FFS. Incredible series, though.

Do the colors represent something about the power or they are just colors?
Rd Ashes 11th Sep 2015, 5:41 PM edit delete reply
Rd Ashes
Well, this is a really long reply.
I'll touch on it during the story, but here's the WHOLE explanation...

When the ORIGINAL people of Dyerin were infused with this energy it manifested as a different colour for each person.

Several, several thousand people died in the process and, because of that, the original method is now banned and the process locked away, top-secret and classified.

ONLY those who survived (the Mahjite, who you see above), can pass on their energy to other people (as you saw Khor-eth do with Selena). When the energy is passed on this way, the new member takes on the colour of the Mahjite that inducted them. That's why Selena is red.

This new member is somewhat weaker than the original Mahjite and can NOT pass on their energy like the Mahjite can.

That's all background though.
SO long explanation short, the colour that the character has represents the colour of the Mahjite that inducted them.
MadJak91 11th Sep 2015, 5:45 PM edit delete reply
Ah, cool!
So it is more of an identifier like who is your boss.
Rd Ashes 11th Sep 2015, 5:46 PM edit delete reply
Rd Ashes
Pretty much. :-)
sigpig 12th Sep 2015, 11:55 PM edit delete reply
So what you're saying is that the Mahjite are an endangered species. If one is dies (or is killed), their original power is lost forever, since their underlings cannot pass it on to others.

Are those the ONLY 6 Mahjite in existence, or are there more? If there are so few, that could constitute a HUGE concentration of power in the galaxy, perhaps TOO strong. I can see how there might be some who would be -distrustful- of such a concentration of power in so few people.

Am I being paranoid enough? lol
Rd Ashes 13th Sep 2015, 11:02 AM edit delete reply
Rd Ashes
ahhh, but they have encountered no opposing force to The Line in this universe.

The Mahjite are overly powerful, cocky and somewhat complacent.

The only issue here is that they have pretty much all gathered in the same place, on the surface of a planet. :-o
But that's because Cothamis keeps the most peaceful planet in Dyerin's rule.
The "Zho" in Zho-van means "playground", but we'll be getting to ALL of this later…

I love how observant you are. Yes, if one was to be, ummm killed, their line would eventually die out since there would be no one left to induct new members into their team.
